Greg Thompson brings over two decades of clinical anesthesia practice and managerial experience to LifeLinc. A board-certified anesthesiologist, Greg has practiced in a variety of clinical settings from ambulatory surgery centers to tertiary care teaching hospitals. His service as President and Chief of Staff of a multi-facility hospital system, chair of committees on patient safety and clinical quality, and in other hospital and ASC management roles has prepared him for leading LifeLinc’s anesthesia management services team. Greg helps to meet the challenges of the changing healthcare market by combining the team-anesthesia concept with a high emphasis on quality, patient safety, efficiency, and cost containment.
Greg graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Eric Callan developed his expertise of the health care industry through years of clinical anesthesia experience in both the hospital and ambulatory surgery setting. As CEO of LifeLinc, Eric oversees the strategic growth and development of the organization while cultivating both clinical and administrative relationships with each client. Eric’s acumen plays a critical role in ensuring that each anesthesia team properly aligns their goals and success measures with those of the facility they service. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee before continuing his studies there, graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing. He received his Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia.
Erica Warren has served as Chief Operations Officer for LifeLinc since 2009, overseeing both the strategic direction and day-to-day business operations of the company. She has been instrumental in maintaining consistent growth and stability at LifeLinc, primarily through the investment in a highly qualified group of providers and administrative staff. Erica champions LifeLinc’s staff effectiveness efforts by overseeing continuing education, industry-specific certifications and routine training for all specialists working with the company. Erica holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Memphis.
Charles Key currently serves as LifeLinc's General Counsel and brings more than 30 years of experience in health care to the company. Over his career, he has represented hospitals, physicians, other health care providers, and a variety of health-related organizations in business planning, regulatory compliance, managed care, insurance, risk management, and medical staff relations. Charles holds an undergraduate degree in philosophy from Arkansas State University and a law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Health Law Section, the Tennessee Bar Foundation Board of Trustees, and the editorial boards of the American Bar Association Health Law Section publications, The Health Lawyer and Stark & Anti-Kickback Toolkit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the State Bar Associations of Missouri and Tennessee.
Drew Eaton is the VP of Operations serving as a liaison for both administrative and clinical staff. His duties include managing day-to-day employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices. In addition to his healthcare administration background, Drew also has prior clinical experience providing an appreciation for the dedication involved in patient care.
Patrick Moss, CRNA, DNAP, is the Regional Vice President of Anesthesia Services for LifeLinc. In addition, he serves as the Clinical Liaison for the Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia/ American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship. Patrick also provides acute pain management in multiple practice settings, serves as an acute pain management consultant and expert witness, holds basic and advanced cadaveric workshops, and is a nationally recognized speaker on acute pain management for Halyard Health.
Shannon Thomas, CRNA, is LifeLinc’s Director of Quality. In this position, Shannon oversees the design and implementation of all clinical initiatives to improve service quality and patient care. A registered nurse anesthetist, Shannon practices clinically alongside peer providers at LifeLinc’s client locations to improve camaraderie and affiliation with LifeLinc. She serves as a LINC Ambassador (LifeLinc Integrity Network Champion) providing peers with a direct resource for communication. She is also an experienced educator, having served as an instructor and assistant director at the Medical College of Georgia.
As reimbursement specialist, Vicki Brown brings over 25 years of experience in revenue cycle management and medical billing department management to LifeLinc. She has a strong track record of improving accounts receivables and streamlining operations, providing a significant, measurable improvement to the bottom line. Vicki has been with LifeLinc since January of 2017.
Jordan McMillen brings over 10 years of human resources, managerial, and payroll experience. In her position, Jordan oversees the planning, implementing, directing and administering of all aspects of payroll. McMillen graduated with an M.B.A from Freed-Hardeman University. She received her undergraduate at the University of North Carolina.
As Director of Marketing, Kennon oversees the brand development and communications of LifeLinc by implementing strategic marketing objectives that facilitate business growth and resonate internally with employees. With over 12 years of marketing and advertising experience, Kennon manages all marketing and advertising channels of LifeLinc including social media, online advertising, website development, print advertising, referral marketing and community engagement. He is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi.
As Billing Manager, Ruth Sutton brings over 30 years of medical billing experience to the LifeLinc team. As a Certified Medical Coder, Ruth has a knack for maximizing your facility’s profitability through a client-focused approach to anesthesia billing, centered on transparency and accountability. She manages an in-house team of certified coders and patient account representatives.
Kristy Birmingham oversees LifeLinc’s compliance, privacy, PQRS, auditing and monitoring programs. She handles the creation and management of policies and procedures while ensuring HIPAA compliance through annual staff training. She brings over 8 years experience of compliance management and is a certified professional coder as well as a certified healthcare compliance specialist. She gained her bachelors degree from the University of Memphis in Professional Studies.
As Healthcare Recruiter, Kenric Duncan works to fill both administrative and clinical staffing needs at LifeLinc facilities. Along with recruiting, he also operates in the area of human resources by guiding new hires through the company’s onboarding process. Kenric’s determination and outgoing personality have given him great success in this role. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received his master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Memphis.
Stacy Weigandt is the Revenue Cycle Manager. Her main roles are to maximize reimbursement through the effective management of the revenue cycle process and to collect and analyze financial data to aid in decision making and forecasting. She brings 14 years of healthcare revenue experience to LifeLinc. Stacy received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis and a Masters in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
