Scores were calculated using the Anesthesia Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (APSQ). The APSQ encompasses feedback from five categories including patient communication, decision preparation, ease of patient anxiety, ensuring patient comfort and respecting the patient’s privacy. Surveys were administered via email, text message, and interactive voice response.
