Anesthesia Team at Banner Churchill Community Hospital Scores in Top 10% for Patient Experience

Congratulations to our anesthesia team at Banner Churchill Community Hospital for scoring in the top 10% for patient experience in Q1 2020.

Scores were calculated using the Anesthesia Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (APSQ). The APSQ encompasses feedback from five categories including patient communication, decision preparation, ease of patient anxiety, ensuring patient comfort and respecting the patient’s privacy. Surveys were administered via email, text message, and interactive voice response.

As part of LifeLinc's dedication to clinical quality, patient experience surveys play a key role in setting provider performance objectives, patient satisfaction benchmarking, and overall clinical excellence.
