Congratulations to our anesthesia team at Banner Churchill Community Hospital for scoring in the top 10% for patient experience in Q4 2020. The Banner Churchill team has continually performed in the top of patient experience scoring having also reached this achievement in Q1 2020.
Patient experience scores are calculated using the Anesthesia Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (APSQ2). The survey encompasses feedback from five categories including patient communication, decision preparation, ease of patient anxiety, ensuring patient comfort and respecting the patient’s privacy.
