To accomplish the mission of changing the status quo of anesthesia care, strong leadership is key, specifically when planning for future growth. Recently, LifeLinc’s corporate leadership team was bolstered by key additions and promotions within our finance team, billing team, and quality improvement department.
Lisa Zyriek, CPA is an experienced financial executive who recently assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. Lisa has a proven track record of delivering service-driven leadership that improves operations and promotes organizational success. As CFO of LifeLinc, she will be responsible for overseeing all financial processes by providing strategic direction and management of the finance department. She will be relied upon to advise executive leadership on long-term business and financial planning while managing all audits, revenue forecasting, banking relationships, budgeting and financial reporting. She holds a Masters of Accountancy from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Julie Rodgers, MBA is another key addition to the finance team, accepting the role of Director of Finance. Julie will be responsible for managing the daily financial and accounting practices of the business including receivables/payables, revenue analysis, and reporting. She will also work closely with VPs and Directors to establish budgets in their respective departments. She holds an MBA, as well as, a BS in Accounting.
Regina Cranshaw, CPC, former Revenue Cycle Manager, has been promoted to Director of Revenue Cycle. In this position, Regina will continue to be an integral leader in the billing team by working to maximize reimbursement through management of the revenue cycle process and analyzing financial data to aid in decision-making and forecasting. Regina has over 20 years experience in multiple fields including information technology, medical coding, and financial analysis.
Colleen Lacroix, MSN, RN will be joining LifeLinc as Director of Quality and Compliance. Colleen’s priorities will entail optimizing clinical quality through analysis of clinical data and implementing improvement strategies. She will also oversee LifeLinc’s compliance and privacy programs, MIPS reporting, and internal auditing while ensuring HIPAA compliance through annual staff training. Colleen brings over 20 years of clinical and administrative experience to the position.
