Eric Callan developed his expertise of the healthcare industry through years of clinical anesthesia experience in both the hospital and ambulatory surgery settings. As CEO of LifeLinc, Eric oversees the strategic growth and development of the organization while cultivating both clinical and administrative relationships with each client. Eric’s acumen plays a critical role in ensuring that each anesthesia team properly aligns their goals and success measures with those of the facility they service. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee before continuing his studies there, graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing. He received his Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia.
Greg Thompson brings over two decades of clinical anesthesia practice and managerial experience to LifeLinc. A board-certified anesthesiologist, Greg has practiced in a variety of clinical settings from ambulatory surgery centers to tertiary care teaching hospitals. His service as President and Chief of Staff of a multi-facility hospital system, chair of committees on patient safety and clinical quality, and in other hospital and ASC management roles has prepared him for leading LifeLinc’s anesthesia management services team. Greg helps to meet the challenges of the changing healthcare market by combining the team-anesthesia concept with a high emphasis on quality, patient safety, efficiency and cost containment.
Greg graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Erica Warren has served as Chief Operations Officer for LifeLinc since 2009, overseeing both the strategic direction and day-to-day business operations of the company. She has been instrumental in maintaining consistent growth and stability at LifeLinc, primarily through the investment in a highly qualified group of providers and administrative staff. Erica champions LifeLinc’s staff effectiveness efforts by overseeing continuing education, industry-specific certifications and routine training for all specialists working with the company. Erica holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Memphis.
Jami Lazarov serves as LifeLinc’s General Counsel and manages the company’s legal team. Jami brings over 8 years of legal experience to the organization. In her role, Jami oversees clinical services agreements, employment contracting, health law and risk management, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Miami School of Law. Jami is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Junior League of Memphis, Leo S. Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court, and the Association of Women Attorneys.
Jason Coleman, Senior Vice President of Anesthesia Services, works closely with physicians, surgeons, and clinical site leadership to manage the anesthetic needs of our patients and clients. Jason is integral in the strategic management of day-to-day operations of our clinical sites. He holds a Doctor of Health Administration from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and earned his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jason has been with LifeLinc since February 2017.
Matthew Stewart, CRNA, DNAP, is VP of Anesthesia Services serving as the clinical liaison for LifeLinc’s Tennessee clinical locations and providing clinical management with operations oversight at each facility. At his TN locations, he practices clinically alongside peer providers to improve camaraderie and affiliation with LifeLinc. Matthew holds a Masters of Science with a Focus in Anesthesia and a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia where he also completed an Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship. Matthew has been with LifeLinc since 2018.
As VP of Strategy and Development, Kennon oversees the brand development and communications of LifeLinc by implementing strategic marketing objectives that facilitate business growth and resonate internally with employees. With over 15 years of marketing and advertising experience, Kennon manages all marketing and advertising channels of LifeLinc including social media, online advertising, website development, print advertising, referral marketing and community engagement. He is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi.
As VP of Human Resources, Rita provides strategic leadership, oversight and direction of LifeLinc’s Human Resources and Recruiting departments, ensuring all initiatives, programs and practices are effective in supporting the needs of LifeLinc as well as our employees, clinicians and potential candidates. She brings over 30 years of executive leadership to the team having worked in healthcare for much of that time in various settings including hospital systems, educational institutions, and nursing home administration. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Union University, and has certifications in Patient Experience, Leadership Excellence, Human Resources Management, LEAN Healthcare, and Healthcare Administration. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and currently finalizing her Doctorate in Health Services Administration.
Colleen Lacroix serves as Director of Quality and Clinical Integration. In her role, Colleen optimizes clinical quality through analysis of clinical data and implements improvement strategies where needed. She oversees LifeLinc’s MIPS reporting, ensuring cost-efficient care is delivered across all clinical sites and quality standards are met. Colleen brings over 20 years of clinical and administrative experience to the position.
Brandie Lee serves as Director of Clinical Recruitment, bringing over 17 years of experience in clinical recruiting to LifeLinc. Brandie works closely with LifeLinc’s clinical leadership to strategically source anesthesia providers across the country. She oversees and implements initiatives in active lead generation, candidate outreach, lead nurturing, and anesthesia tradeshow travel.
As Director of Operations, Sarah Mitchell leads clinical staffing efforts and works closely with clinical providers to ensure adequate case coverage at all locations. She manages LifeLinc's in-house credentialing department and takes a hands-on approach to each facility’s anesthesia team and their needs, resulting in staffing efficiency and clinical excellence. She earned her Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Memphis.
Stacy Weigandt serves as LifeLinc’s Managed Care Contracting Manager analyzing and monitoring managed care contracts’ performance and operations. Stacy works closely with the billing and revenue cycle management teams to maximize relationships with LifeLinc’s payors. She brings over 14 years of healthcare revenue experience to LifeLinc. Stacy received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis and a Masters in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
As Clinical Recruiter and Provider Relations Manager, Blake Reynolds supports LifeLinc’s clinical recruiting initiatives to source, select and secure the anesthesia field’s top talent for our facilities. He acts as a liaison between the LifeLinc corporate office and clinical staff to onboard all new providers and ensure a optimal employee experience. Blake is a recent graduate of the Master of Health Administration program at the University of Memphis.
