LifeLinc is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients while in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. To instill LifeLinc’s commitment to a culture of compliance, we have established a compliance and ethics program, overseen by the Director of Quality and Compliance. The compliance and ethics program is designed to deter, detect and prevent fraud, abuse and mistakes. LifeLinc’s compliance program has been structured to be consistent with the office of inspector general’s compliance program guidance and federal sentencing guidelines.
