Congratulations to our anesthesia team at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Crittenden for scoring in the top 10% for patient experience in Q2 2021.

Scores were calculated using the Anesthesia Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (APSQ). The APSQ encompasses feedback from five categories including patient communication, decision preparation, ease of patient anxiety, ensuring patient comfort and respecting the patient’s privacy. Surveys were administered via email, text message, and interactive voice response.
