Anesthesia Team at Baptist Tipton Scores in Top 10% for Patient Experience for 2021 and Q4 2021

Congratulations to our anesthesia team at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton for scoring in the top 10% for patient experience in Q4 2021 and for the entire year of 2021.

Scores were calculated using feedback from five categories including patient communication, decision preparation, ease of patient anxiety, ensuring patient comfort and respecting the patient’s privacy. Surveys were administered via email, text message, and interactive voice response.
