
LifeLinc Corporation Welcomes New General Counsel

Memphis-based LifeLinc Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of new General Counsel, Dawn Campbell, Esq. Dawn joins LifeLinc from Butler Snow LLP where she was a member of the firm’s health law practice, advising hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and providers on compliance with fraud and abuse, compliance, surprise billing, and general healthcare regulatory issues.
Dawn will represent LifeLinc in all legal matters impacting the organization, including strategic legal counsel related to clinical services agreements, employment contracting, risk management, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, HIPAA privacy and security, and general corporate and healthcare regulatory matters.

Dawn received her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Bernice B. Donald on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She is a past board member of the Memphis Bar Association, a Fellow of the American Bar Association (ABA), and a member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court. She also serves as Vice Chair of the ABA Healthcare Facilities Operations Interest Group and is active in several non-profit community organizations, including the H.T. Lockard Foundation, Inc., and REACH Memphis, where she currently serves as Vice Chair.
