LifeLinc Clinical Referral Bonus Process and Criteria

  1. All LifeLinc candidate referrals must be first introduced to LifeLinc by the LifeLincemployee and submitted through the LifeLinc website Referral Page.

  2. The referred candidate must be a practicing provider in good standing and eligible to provide anesthesia services in at least one state where LifeLinc provides anesthesia services at the time of the referral.

  3. Referred students who have not rotated at a LifeLinc facility but have been actively recruited by a LifeLinc employee are eligible candidates. Students who rotated at a LifeLinc facility as part of their training and names submitted from a list of recent graduates are NOT eligible candidates.

  4. A referral bonus will be paid only if LifeLinc hires the candidate within 90 days following the initial referral. Additionally, the LifeLinc employee and candidate must BOTH be actively employed by LifeLinc sixth months after the candidate’s hire date with LifeLincfor the LifeLinc employee to be eligible to receive the bonus.

  5. The qualifying referral bonus will be paid out within 30 days following six months of employment (based on candidate’s hire date). Recruiting will validate all required conditions have been met prior to payout.

  6. A qualifying referral bonus will be paid to only one LifeLinc employee for each eligible candidate. In the event two referrals are made for the same candidate, the LifeLinc employee whose referral is the first to be received on the website will be deemed as eligible for the bonus.

  7. Candidates who are already known to LifeLinc, are currently being recruited by LifeLinc, have previously been employed by LifeLinc or have previously been engaged by LifeLinc on a contract basis will be disqualified from eligibility.

  8. LifeLinc has sole discretion to review and approve/reject each individual referral.

  9. LifeLinc reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.

 

LifeLinc Clinical Referral Bonus Payment Conditions

  1. Full-Time Anesthesiologists or CRNAs: If the LifeLinc referred candidate becomes a full-time LifeLinc employee and remains employed by LifeLinc full-time for at least six (6) months, the LifeLinc referring employee shall receive a $5,000 referral bonus.

  2. Part-Time Anesthesiologists or CRNAs: If the LifeLinc referred candidate becomes a part-time or PRN LifeLinc employee and continues to work at least 20 days during the first six (6) months after hire, the LifeLinc referring employee shall receive a $1,000 referral bonus.

    If the LifeLinc referred part-time or PRN candidate becomes a full-time LifeLincemployee within 1-year and remains employed by LifeLinc full-time for at least six (6) months, the LifeLinc referring employee shall receive a $5,000 referral bonus in addition to the $1,000 PRN bonus.

 

Other Terms and Conditions

It shall be the policy of LifeLinc Corporation that employee referral bonuses will be given to any LifeLinc employee, clinical or corporate, with the exception of:

  • Recruiting team members

  • HR team members

  • Corporate Leadership Team (Director & above)

  • Clinical Leadership (Regional Manager & above)
