As such, we are continually searching for talented anesthesia providers with the clinical skill and knowledge to change the status quo of healthcare. Submit the referral form below and we will respond within 48 hours. Be sure to view the full Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

If the candidate becomes a full-time LifeLinc employee and remains employed by LifeLinc full-time for at least six (6) months, you will get a $1,000 referral bonus.
If the candidate becomes a part-time or PRN LifeLinc employee, and works at least 20 days during the first six (6) months after hire, you will get a $500 referral bonus.
